Microsoft veröffentlicht SkyDrive App für Android

Microsoft hat die erste Android App für den Zugriff auf seinen Cloud Storage Service SkyDrive veröffentlicht. Neben der neuen Version SkyDrive für Android, stehen bereits Apps für Windows, Mac, iOS und Windows Phone zur Verfügung.

Android 2.3 und höher

Die SkyDrive App ist für alle Versionen ab Android 2.3 aufwärts kompatible. SkyDrive arbeitet laut Microsoft aber am besten mit Android 4.0 zusammen.

Ortsunabhängiger Zugriff

Mit der SkyDrive App für Android können Nutzer jederzeit mit einer mobilen Datenverbindung oder WLAN auf ihre Daten wie Dokumente, Photos usw. im Cloud Storage von Microsoft SkyDrive zugreifen. Zudem können sie diese Daten mit anderen über einen link via E-Mail oder einer anderen Android App teilen. Auch das Öffnen von Dateien mit anderen Android Apps aus SkyDrive heraus funktioniert.
