HP Cloud Object Storage verspricht eine monatliche Verfügbarkeit von 99,95%

HP wird zwei Public Cloud Services aus der Public Beta freigegeben. HP Cloud Object Storage und HP Cloud Content Delivery Network können ab dem 01. August 2012 von der Allgemeinheit genutzt werden. Nach eigenen Angaben habe HP ausreichend Tests durchgeführt, die zu einer durchweg positiven Kundenresonanz hinsichtlich Leistung und Verfügbarkeit der Daten geführt haben.

Service Level mit 99,95% Verfügbarkeit

HP wird beide Cloud Services mit einem Service Level Agreement (SLA) veröffentlichen, dass eine monatliche Verfügbarkeit von mindestens 99,95 Prozent hat. Kann HP das nicht gewährleisten, erhält der Kunde bis zu 30% Ermäßigung auf seine Rechnung. Um das sicherzustellen, will HP kontinuierlich die Ausfallzeiten überwachen.

HP Cloud Block Storage und HP Cloud Relational Database for My SQL können weiterhin kostenlos in der Private Beta getestet werden.
